DeckVault Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DeckVault app and service (the “Service”) provided by DeckVault (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough under the law of your country to enter into this agreement. Notify us at support@deckvault.cc if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

3. Your content and the license you grant us

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload — your collection data, decks, showcases, notes, card photos, and profile/avatar content (“Your Content”). To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. For content you choose to make public (such as public showcases, published decks, and social activity), that license extends to displaying it to other users of the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content others have already relied upon (for example, a completed transaction record) and for backup copies that age out on our normal retention schedule.

4. Card data and valuations

Card catalog information and price estimates are provided for informational purposes only. They are compiled from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. Price figures are not financial advice and are not an offer to buy or sell at any price. You are solely responsible for your buying, selling, trading, and collecting decisions.

5. Marketplace and trades

Where the marketplace is enabled, DeckVault provides a venue for users to list, buy, sell, and trade cards. We are not a party to transactions between users. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for shipping; buyers are responsible for paying and for confirming receipt. Payments, where enabled, are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms. We may charge a platform fee, disclosed at the time of sale. We are not responsible for the condition, legality, or delivery of items exchanged between users, though we may act on reports of fraud or abuse.

6. Moderation, takedown, and suspension

We want DeckVault to be a safe community. You can report content or users you believe violate these Terms, and you can block other users. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to review reported content and to:

We may take these actions with or without prior notice. Blocking another user hides their activity from you but does not notify them.

7. Subscriptions and ads

The Service may be supported by advertising for free users and by an optional DeckVault Pro subscription that removes ads and may unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store or payment provider under its terms, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled through that store or provider.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the rights you granted us under Section 3 end except as described there, and provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that card data or valuations will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeckVault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on card valuations or from transactions with other users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
